Before WAND Taxonomy in SharePoint
This is a search in SharePoint Online without taxonomy or metadata tagging. The keyword search results can only be filtered by author, date, and file type. The user does not have the ability to narrow results based on the topic of the documents.
After WAND Taxonomy for SharePoint
This is the same search in SharePoint Online after a WAND Taxonomy has been installed and content has been tagged with taxonomy metadata. Shown in the yellow box, the user can now filter the search results using highly relevant business terminology to narrow the number of results to a manageable number in just a few clicks.
Using a WAND Foundation Taxonomy significantly reduces the time and expense to create a relevant taxonomy in SharePoint.
